台北館位於台北市中心仁愛路上,不僅為城市的心臟地帶,更是長久以來人文薈萃之處,空間的規劃也提供作品更完善的展出條件。

新竹館則位於新竹科學園區內,長期以來推動藝文展覽,並與園區內知名科技公司合作,讓藝術能夠走進生活的每個角落。

麥翠影創作自述

麥翠影1956年出生於香港。1970年代在加拿大卡城生活期間開始研習水墨畫及書法;曾參與由已故香港水彩畫大師李秉先生及已故水墨畫大師林千石先生的工作坊。

1994年回流香港,設立工作室,開辦藝術教育課程。多年來,從事藝術項目策劃及創作,落實多項公共藝術裝置,組織亞洲藝術家聯盟香港委員會,積極推動香港藝術家參予亞洲地區的《亞洲國際藝術展覽會》及交流活動。近年所策劃的海外展覽及交流活動均得到香港政府民政事務局及香港藝術發展局的部份支持。

2020年參與《國際迷你版畫邀請展》獲國立台灣師範大學藝術學院國版畫中心頒發評審特別奬。麥翠影現時生活於香港,從事當代水墨、版畫及陶塑等創作。

其作品先後被中國敦煌藝術中心 (2001)、泰國文化部曼谷拉加達曼仁當代藝術中心 (2013)、國立臺灣師範大學藝術學院國際版畫中心 (2017)、聖彼得堡國立大學現代藝術博物館(2018)、羅馬尼亞古治拿布加美術館 (2019)、葡萄牙多澳羅美術館 (2022及2019)、香港大學博物美術館 (2007)、怡情齋 (2013),及香港置地有限公司 (2018)、其他機構與私人收藏家所典藏。

藝術宣言
「大自然是我的靈感泉源。我喜歡以最簡約的筆觸,描繪大自然的細膩及優雅。」

Winnie MAK was born in 1956 in Hong Kong. She studied Chinese ink painting and calligraphy in Calgary,Canada in the 1970s. She attended workshops conducted by the late Mr. LEE Byng, the foremost painter fromHong Kong, and the late Mr. Chin Shek LAM, a leading contemporary Chinese ink painter based in Canada.

After returning to Hong Kong in 1994, she set up her studio and conducted painting classes for children.Apart from developing her artwork, she administered an array of art projects and visual arts exhibitions, inher capacity as curator and organizer for the Hong Kong Committee of the Federation of Asian Artists, underthe aegis of the Home Affairs Bureau of HKSAR, and the Hong Kong Arts Development Council, withrewarding results.

Her serigraphy has been represented in international art fairs, competitions, and invitational exhibitions, andshe was recognized with a Special Jury Award at the International Mini Prints 2020 organized by theInternational Printmaking Center, the National Taiwan Normal University. Winnie currently lives and works inHong Kong as a full-time visual artist specializing in contemporary ink art, print-making, and projectmanagement.

Her artworks have been included in the permanent collection of The Duanghuang Arts Centre, China (2001);

The Ratchadamnoen Contemporary Art Center in Bangkok, the Office of Contemporary Art and Culture, theMinistry of Culture of Thailand (2013); The International Printmaking Center of the National Taiwan NormalUniversity (2017); The Diaghilev Museum of Modern Art of the St. Petersburg State University (2018); Muzeulde Arta Cluj-Napoca, Romania (2019); the Douro Museum, Alijo, Portugal (2022 & 2019); And in Hong Kong:the University Museum and Art Gallery, The University of Hong Kong (2007); Yiqingzhai Studio (2013); TheHongkong Land Limited (2018); and other corporate and private collectors, both locally and internationally.
